Aplicación del modelo de sistemas viables para el crecimiento y desarrollo sustentable en las organizaciones: Una revisión de literatura

En México, las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MiPyMEs) representan el 99.8% de las empresas y generan el 68.4% del empleo total. Estas empresas enfrentan desafíos que dificultan su crecimiento y desarrollo sustentable, tales como acceso limitado a financiamiento, falta de apoyo gubernamental, falta de capacitación, estrategias ineficientes de marketing y producción, y baja inversión en tecnología. Para abordar estos desafíos, se lleva a cabo una revisión de literatura sobre las aplicaciones del Modelo de Sistemas Viables (VSM) de Stafford Beer, que promueve una gestión empresarial eficiente y adaptable, fomentando la innovación y el desarrollo tecnológico, así como fomentar una visión sistémica. La investigación utiliza el método PRISMA para identificar y analizar publicaciones relevantes, destacando la importancia de una perspectiva sistémica en la gestión empresarial.
